Bibi knows how to self care for his health every day!

Bibi woke up early to the sound of birds chirping outside his window. Stretching his arms wide, he smiled. “A new day to take care of myself!”

He began his morning routine by brushing his teeth with his favorite banana-flavored toothpaste. “Clean teeth, happy smile!” Bibi said to himself as he admired his sparkling grin in the mirror.

Next, Bibi headed to the kitchen to prepare a healthy breakfast. He carefully peeled a banana, added a handful of berries, and poured a splash of almond milk into his bowl. “Fruits make me strong and smart!” he cheered, enjoying every bite.

After breakfast, it was time for some exercise. Bibi rolled out his tiny yoga mat and did a few stretches. “One, two, three… touch my toes!” he counted, feeling his body wake up.

Later in the day, Bibi made sure to drink plenty of water. He kept his favorite water bottle close by, sipping often. “Stay hydrated, stay happy!” he reminded himself.

In the afternoon, Bibi took a break to rest. He found a cozy spot by the window and read his favorite storybook. “Relaxing is just as important as playing,” he thought with a contented sigh.

When evening came, Bibi helped Dad prepare a light dinner full of vegetables and rice. “Healthy food makes a healthy Bibi!” he declared, proudly eating everything on his plate.

As the day ended, Bibi took a warm bath, brushed his teeth again, and slipped into his comfy pajamas. Before bed, he whispered, “Goodnight, world. Taking care of myself makes every day wonderful!”

With that, Bibi drifted off to sleep, ready to repeat his self-care routine the next day.
